Allport Cargo Services arranged secure transportation from the UK, to various locations in South Africa and surrounding countries, of the ticketing kiosks, which have since begun distributing 2 million plus 2010 World Cup Tickets to domestic and visiting football fans.
Secured in wooden crates and specially constructed flight cases, the valuable consignment required special attention due to the security requirements of the organising body, with ticketing fraud being a particular concern during the competition.

Already held under 24 hour security surveillance within ACS's Durban warehouse, company director Murray Griffin, took observation to another level, instructing his technical team to wire the cameras into his home, so that he could keep a close eye on the ticketing machines remotely.............presumably he hadn't yet collected his own tickets for the games!
